The Gelato Kitchen by Anshu

Fantastic gelato, I have very high standards for gelato so for 5 stars its got to be amazing! Very smooth and velvety lots of flavour and rich! The crossing was amazing crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle not at all raw! Amazing customer service and a lovely place to sit and chill. Definitely be back for a dosa and a crepe

The pancakes are delicious and the coffee good. This time I was put off by the toilet being really dirty and a bit disgusting even though it was quite early in the morning on a week day.The table was a bit dirty too and there was what looked like chocolate sauce all over the throw on one of the chairs. I mentioned it to the waitress, but she didn't seem concerned telling me it had been like that from before. I felt this was not an appropriate answer. I was surprised because it is usually nice and clean. The guy who runs it is lovely and makes very good pancakes I may give it a miss for a while as I felt the hygiene standards had dropped a bit.

This cafe is a real gem! The staff are fantastic – always friendly and efficient, making every visit a pleasure. Their coffee is top-notch, consistently delicious, and perfectly brewed. Pair that with their lovely selection of fresh pastries, and you've got the ideal spot for a treat. It's simply a wonderful experience all around.

Delicious food, cooked in front of us and served swiftly. Gelato is phenomenal! Thought I might get my toddler's leftovers but he hoovered the lot! Looking forward to my next visit already!

Wonderfully warm, welcoming, and attentive service by the owner, Anshu, and his staff, particularly for our vegan requests for savoury and dessert crepes and gelato! They were so accommodating to adapt the spinach and mushroom crepe, which would have been delicious on its own, to add some special fillings for my young child, who was heart-set on having certain ingredients for dinner. “Yummy!” was the response with upon first bite through the alternately crispy and soft layers of savoury crepe as well as into the Speculoos dessert crepe with light and sweet Biscoff spread filling and slices of banana. We topped it off with hot chocolate drink with soya milk from the chocolate tempering tap, which is so appealing as a perpetual chocolate fountain that you just want to lean forward and take a sip! The Christmas loose leaf black tea with oat milk was delightful with fragrant spices. The mango gelato combination with the coconut and kaffir lime flavour was divine. Quick service on a weekday evening. Everything was beautifully presented. We loved it so much that I bought gift vouchers for family, friends, and teachers to enjoy a unique experience from this fresh and new dining establishment.

Fantastic coffee and most delicious gelato. Smoothies were delicious and my favourite was the Scrambled Egg Sambal Dosa

Absolutely loved their gelatos, our favourite is the banana and peanut butter one - it’s heavy on the banana so tastes great! We also got the croissant which was perfectly fluffy and you could see all the layers. Deffo would recommend. Also the service was really good
